The Human Service Council (HSC) is a program of Citrine Health, that fosters networking and partnership in Snohomish County for professional agencies, business and individuals.

HSC is dedicated to providing opportunities to share information and learn from the experiences of others. Through networking and educational activities, the organization creates a support network that fosters partnerships and brings together public sector agencies, nonprofit organizations and the business community.

History and Structure
Originally organized in 1982, the Council functioned as 501 (c) 3 until September of 2014 when the council became a program of Citrine Health.

Approximately 50 member organizations and 20 community sponsors participate in HSC activities. Activities and events are selected by the Board of Directors based on member surveys and community interests.

Network Meetings
HSC offers monthly networking meetings to share information and encourage collaborative partnerships between health & human service organizations, public sector agencies and the business community. Networking meeting attendance is free and does not require registration. Please bring flyers, business cards, and/or newsletters to share information about your organization.

Community Education Sessions
HSC offers trainings based on community interest, past trainings include panel discussions on youth and elder services, grant and foundation funding, legislative advocacy training and family support programs.
